REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All products sold on Urban Blackout are digital content delivered by immediate delivery (downloadable files and instant application access). These are not physical goods and do not involve shipping, physical return, or packaging.
Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content (Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments)
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, and the consumer has acknowledged that they will thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
At the time of purchase, you are required to provide this explicit consent through a dedicated checkbox in the cart, before completing your order. By providing this consent, you acknowledge that you are waiving the standard 14-day right of withdrawal normally applicable to online purchases, in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds in Case of Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased product (e.g., a corrupted file, failure to gain access to the app after payment), please contact us at admin@vau7omations.com within 14 days of purchase. We will assess the request on a case-by-case basis and, if the issue is attributable to a technical error on our part, we will issue a full refund within 10 business days via the original payment method.
